This site shares Justin Foster’s independent resources and perspectives. You do not need an account to read the public pages or download the playbook.

What the site measures

The site uses its own aggregate counters to understand which content is useful. It records the date, the page or resource involved, an action type and a broad source category: direct, LinkedIn, search or other. Actions include page views, resource-opening clicks, PDF download-link clicks, email-link clicks and LinkedIn-link clicks.

These counters do not store visitor names, email addresses, IP addresses, persistent identifiers, precise locations or full referring URLs. They do not use analytics cookies or browser storage. Daily aggregate totals are retained for site reporting; the private dashboard displays the most recent 30 days.

The site honours browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Where either is enabled, the site’s measurement does not send events. Automated requests may be excluded. Counts can be incomplete or affected by repeat visits and automated traffic.

What these numbers cannot tell us

An email-link click does not prove a message was sent. A PDF-link click does not prove a file downloaded successfully or was read. The site does not track what happens to a downloaded copy. Counts represent actions, not unique people.

Optional video playback

The Global Equality Caucus feature offers an optional YouTube player. It loads only when you choose to play, using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced domain. YouTube may then process playback and technical information under its own privacy terms. You can instead follow the link to watch on YouTube.

Notes and feedback

If you submit the enquiry form, your message and any optional name and email you provide are stored in the site’s private database for Justin to read and respond to. They are not added to the public website or to a mailing list. The form does not send your note to an external form processor. Please avoid including sensitive information. To request removal of a note, contact Justin using the email below.

External services

Email links open your email application. LinkedIn links take you to LinkedIn, where its own privacy terms apply. The hosting provider may process technical request information to operate and secure the site. The owner’s private reporting area uses ChatGPT sign-in; ordinary public visitors do not need to sign in.
