PROFESSIONAL JOURNEY / SELECTED EXPERIENCE

From first opportunities to global partnerships.

A career shaped by customer relationships, changing platforms and the challenge of turning new possibilities into commercial progress.

Different platforms.
A consistent purpose.

I began close to the customer in retail and consumer brands, moved into premium media, then developed a deeper understanding of advertising technology and global account leadership. More recently, I’ve brought that experience to an emerging advertising business and a multi-market brand portfolio.

Across these chapters, I’ve learned to connect a client’s ambition with the people, products and practical decisions needed to move it forward. Here are the roles and selected contributions behind that perspective.

My first practical grounding in business came through retail operations, a Human Resources rotation and leadership workshops. The experience helped me connect what I was learning at university with the decisions and relationships that shape a working business.

The relationships
behind the work.

Across my career, I’ve built relationships spanning the groups historically known as the Big Six, alongside independent agencies—working across client leadership, investment, planning, strategy and measurement.

What we build
around the work.

Alongside client work, I’ve invested in mentoring, inclusion programming and sharing practical guidance. At Google and YouTube, this included working with colleagues to establish the Global Equality Caucus partnership and supporting employee communities.

In 2026, I also served on the Festival of Media Global Awards jury, contributing to the evaluation of work from across the industry. Commercial impact matters to me. So does the way people experience working together to achieve it.
